TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
1.Orders need to be placed 48 hours prior to your delivery day.
2.As our pet food is fresh and natural, it is required that you leave an esky (insulated container) in a place that can be seen by our driver.
3.We can not accept any responsibility for food left in the open or in inadequate containers.
4.All deliveries are on a C.O.D. basis.
5.Failure to leave any evidence of payment for the driver may result in the delivery NOT being made.
6.An additional delivery fee may be charged for the order to be re-delivered.
7.We reserve the right NOT to leave the food for any reason.

All deliveries are on a C.O.D. basis.

2.If you have selected CASH; Please put the money in an envelope and leave it in your esky.
3.If you have selected CHEQUE; Please make your cheque out to ‘The Pet Chef’ and leave it in an envelope in the esky.
4.If you have selected E.F.T. you must transfer the money prior to delivery and print out or
e-mail the transfer receipt. Please, leave the print out in the esky for the driver.
